who I work with:
I help anxious adults, stressed mothers, and those feeling “stuck” to find new ways to connect with yourself and cope with your anxiety or stress so you can experience joy in your life again.

You feel like you have everything you need, but still feel like something is missing. You want to improve your sense of personal fulfillment.

If someone were to ask you “what makes you happy?” you might respond “making others happy," especially if you are a mother. You can anticipate others’ needs, and see things from many perspectives, but identifying your own needs is challenging. You want to strengthen your sense of self and feel empowered to express yourself.

You want something to change. As you know, change is possible and someone can help you uncover what that means for you. At times you might be overwhelmed by emotion and worry. You seek to experience your emotions while maintaining a sense of control.

Previous interactions with others may play on repeat in your mind, or you question why you said what you said and worrying that you may have upset someone. Relief from these ruminating thoughts would go a long way towards making you feel better.
how therapy can help you:
I offer a warm and accepting space to explore your experiences. I will collaborate with you to help increase your self-compassion, obtain greater clarity, and strengthen your relationship with self. You will feel empowered to improve your sense of personal fulfillment while developing and maintaining connection with others. In addition to my education and training, I bring my experience balancing motherhood with personal and professional interests to support my clients as they tend to their needs and interests while caring for others.
