Led by holistic mental health therapist Kristen Dammer, this weekly event is 20 minutes of guided mindfulness practice led by 10 minutes of processing or silence. Practices may include meditation, visualization, or other mind-body exercises to get you ready for your busy week! This is for the month of March!
