I help women, caregivers, and anxious adults navigate grief, depression, and chronic illness to alleviate stress, boost confidence, and restore hope so that they can enjoy what matters most to them in life. Are you ready to reclaim your joy and sense of self, but the ongoing challenges of loss and feeling down keep you from moving forward? Perhaps you’ve always wanted to feel at peace and in control, but the constant stress and emotional turmoil make it difficult. Maybe you even became so overwhelmed by the grief of a lost dream, the end of a relationship, the passing of a loved one, a miscarriage, or a chronic illness diagnosis that you never realized how much it would impact your confidence and the ability to enjoy the things you love.
When you became a caregiver, you never realized you would end each day feeling exhausted and strained by the demands of your position. You may even feel nervous when you think about all your responsibilities but never feel like you’re good enough. If this resonates with you but you aren’t sure where to begin, I can help. If you prefer to do counseling in Spanish, I speak Spanish as a second language. Together, we can create a path toward healing and fulfillment.

Through our work together, I will support you in finding greater clarity, resilience, and empowerment as you face life’s challenges and pursue a more fulfilling path forward. By illuminating the interconnectedness of your relationships, career, mental health, and physical health and how they impact one another, we will cultivate more balance in your life.

about me:
Having personal experience with the challenges of caregiver burnout as a woman and teacher with chronic illness, I deeply empathize with the toll they can take on every aspect of life. I’ve come to understand that health is a precious privilege, and this perspective fuels my commitment to holistic healing. I taught Spanish as a second language for several years, and my other Master’s is in Educational Equity and Cultural Diversity, which has taught me how culture influences our identities and how we view the world. Because of this, I am passionate about understanding who you are as a person and creating a safe space where you can speak your truth, guiding you toward living a life that aligns with your values and goals.
I live with my husband and sweet little corgi named Pickles. In my free time, I enjoy cooking nourishing meals, yin yoga, nature walks, going to dog parks, live music, and binging Spanish language series to learn new words in Spanish.​
