Monday Mindfulness Practice

A 30-minute guided mindfulness time for individuals who want to start your week feeling cool, calm and collected.

Do your Mondays have you feeling:

  • Overwhelmed and stressed out with jumping back into a schedule after your relaxing weekend

  • Scattered as you try to multi-task to get everything done

  • Tense and nervous because you don't have any time to prepare yourself for your week

  • Burned out with your home and job duties before your week has even started

Our Mindful Mondays Check-In is the most effective way to support you to:

  • Learn mindfulness skills such as breathwork, visualization, and meditation so you can pause and reflect on the moment

  • Re-center yourself to improve your confidence that you can accomplish your weekly goals

  • Become fully focused on you before you focus on others

  • Practice the self-care you've always wanted to try so you can start your week off right

Meet Your Mindfulness practice facilitator:

I'm Kristen Dammer, a holistic therapist who loves to share the power of mindfulness as a tool in getting through life. I help individuals just like you go from feeling scattered and overwhelmed to calm, cool and collected so you can start your week off right!
